International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $50 Shipping is Free!
Please allow from 3 – 5 days for shipping. All efforts will be made to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. There are some items that may take longer but you will be informed of a potential delay before purchasing. Our goal is to minimize your wait time, as much as is possible.
Delivery delays can occur but are rare.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fashionz Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Fashionz Shop will work with the shipper who delivered damaged goods to ensure that you are given a replacement item or refunded. Please document all for us so that we can handle this with the shipping service supplier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inform us of this so we can work with you to ensure you are reimbursed.
